THSale is a Chinese currency seller that was founded in November 2004. The website became active in February 2005 and since then has attracted a significant amount of visitors. It is now catching up with the market leader, IGE. As of June 08, 2007, THSale sits at an Alexa ranking of 27,026, not far behind IGE’s 26,303. The website gradually picked up traffic at the end of 2005 and started to expand aggressively from there. In 2005, THSale was quite busy selling on ebay before shutting down their auction business around the end of June with June 28, 2005 being the last feedback entry in their profile. THSale received a ebay feedback score of 976 with an overall positive ratio of 99.3% before their account was closed.

According to THSale, the company was found by a group of dedicated players who they said were employed full time elsewhere and took turns to look after the business at first. Other websites owned by THSale include ItemRate and Power4game.com.

Feedback from gold buyers about this company have been mixed: Lekebil posted a positive review on mmowned, which also seems to reflect its current Bizrate reviews. However, there have also been complaints about slow deliveries and banned accounts, mainly found at the complaints board - for their main site (THSale), as well as for their sister site (ItemRate). In comparison, IGE lands at only 2 complaints.
