Why do you choose to work in this industry?
Compared to traditional business, I like mmo business better. it allows you to work at home and share more time with families. I am interested in talking with players from different countries. MMO business is promising since more and more people play games for fun.

What is your shop strong point and why?
A trusted shop puts customers at ease and they will keep the business with you. You must be honest to your customers, you do what you can. If you lie your customer or keep them waiting too long time. They would lose patient with you and they choose other shop. Honesty, courteous service and fast delivery makes a trusted site.

What is your next move to expand business in this industry?
I would like to make the job more easier and offer more games, to help players get their products faster at the lowest cost of money & time

In your opinion , is virtual currency gaining popularity over real currency?
In my opinion, virtual currency & real currency is just like gold farmers & real farmers. You pay what you are going to get.

Is mmo industry all about gaining virtual currency and assets? Or is it way wider term
MMO industry is a wider term, you play games for fun, it's a kind of entertainment.

Are there other areas that you are focusing upon in the industry?
Currently, we are focusing on virtual currency business. I hope to provide power leveling service as well as game cards

Bought two different times both for 200k for ESO. Delivered fast within minutes after verification. I like the security measures they take, making sure your payment isn't fraudulent.

I mistakenly went with another gold seller because they had a good sale and am still waiting for my order to be processed. This other gold seller claims they have live support but I had to leave a message and finally got a response after two days. Order still being processed btw.

Ordered 80k for World of Warcraft, requested face-to-face delivery. Got an email immediately asking me to jump on chat, and a friendly and helpful staff member suggested I go with the Auction House delivery method instead. They explained it was safer, which is understandable, but that I'd lose 5% of the amount ordered.

The actual gold transfer was smooth and timely, they purchased the auction items almost right away. I do wish I'd been told earlier in the process that I would be receiving 5% less than I had selected on their website, or that they would cover the costs of the AH fees as some stores do. I suppose it's a "comes with the territory" aspect of gold purchasing, but still a small unexpected disappointment.

Overall though a very positive experience, would recommend their service. Customer service was very helpful and prompt.

Placed an order for 400k gold for elder scrolls online. Status on their website showed delivery was complete but when I logged into game, did not have any mail in mailbox. Received an email from Ingamedelivery a little later stating that the gold was sent but returned. I then realized that I had my privacy settings turned to block all communications on my xbox one. After issue was corrected, I contacted them on their live chat and within 5 minutes, they resent the gold and I was a happy campter. Will definitely be using their service again. Purchased 30k as I wasn't sure whether it was a scam or not due to their cheap prices. Got the gold after 40 hours. It's longer than they promised but at least they delivered.

Customer support is one of the best I've come across. Very helpful, responsive and it's an actual person.

I'd recommend them on the account of them being able to deliver, having great support and I really doubt they would hessitate to refund you, should they not deliver within the promised timeframe. They asked me if I wanted a refund even before the 24 hour mark was reached.
