Gpay doesn't work in USA anymore so I can't may payment just using my debit anymore. Y'all need put a way make a payment in the uSA on the payment choices because not everyone lives in China!!! I don't have apple pay either so I have no other option, I use this this app every month but a subscription for a streaming I use. Please help me so I can continue using this app.

This company stole my money. I never purchased anything from them and they charged my card. Customer Service was just playing stupid and writing back and forth. I will dispute this transaction with my bank. Stay away from these crooks.

How are you guys giving out 5 stars like that? Ive been waiting over 12 Hours, with minimal support for an item that allegedly has INSTANT DELIVERY and IN STOCK
Theyre also not refunding me whatsoever, telling me to "have patience your code will come first"

I Dont know if im the only one, but giving out 5 stars here and there seems suspicious.

Especially for an item that is in stock with alleged instant delivery too.

NEVER BUY ON THIS SITE! My 12 years old sun was frauded of his all savings 82 Euro. He bought an account, but got fake logins from the seller. When he complained, he got „replacement account“ from the seller, logins did not work again but most importantly he wanted the account he selected not just another account. The support@igvault.com administrator was notified immediately and was just pushing us to accept the nonsense replacement account. They charged my card immediately, it is in no way safe platform, that they would block the funds on the card and charge them only after the seller meets its obligations take the money and pay the seller. Igvault admin was informed by us of the fraudulent situation, communicate but did nothing, just pushed us to accept nonsense offers for things my son did not order. I have no other way but to suspect, that they are part of the scam. They are fully aware we have been frauded but they just send transaction completed email and that’s it for them. I shall approach their payment methods providers to block iGvault, as iGvault breaches their terms of use. Till then DO NOT TRADE WITH THEM PLEASE, IT’S A FRAUD!!!!

WoW Gold never arrived, no feedback from support:
I ordered WoW Classic Gold here several days ago and paid directly via credit card. I never received the gold. I don't get any statement from the seller and IGVault support apparently refuses to answer me at all...and this although I exhausted all possibilities: (contacted seller several times, requested dispute resolution, tried all IGVault support channels I found). Never ever IGVault!

Scam! IGVault took my money and didn't deliver the product. Worse is that they "provided" me with a video proof (or so they claim), except the video clearly shows a horde player delivering gold to another horde player and my account is an ALLIANCE player. They refuse to give me my money back even when the evidence clearly shows the gold was delivered to someone that wasn't me. Gave me the run around for 6 days. Total scam!!!

Sold me something they did not even have! Promised 15 min to 24 hour MAX> face to face delivery. Waited over 30 hours and gave up. Contacted them and they said no face to face, and to wait another 24 hours. I had zero faith in them at this point and requested refund. Dont buy stuff from them!

They are so terrible, i wanted to buy Gold for a Game and they did´t had any Gold for it and i tried to contact the Support and they could´t talk English or my Language.

Does not work! If you buy coins from them, EA will see this and, at best, will take ALL your coins (even those you have had before IGVault purchased). EA can also turn you off permanently from all games and ban forever. I have explained it to IGVault through their support and they just blame me instead to take care of it and say it's not true even though I have sent to them email from EA where it is clear that I have violated rules.
DO NOT buy coins from IGVault, high risk of being expelled from EA forever !!!!

I don't see why IGVault is suspended from this site- I've been buying from them for the last few years and must have spent tonnes! Sure, I've had to wait for delivery for up to 24 hours but I always ask in livechat if they have stock.
Never been scammed, always get my order (even if it's huge) so why the rating? o.0
