I never received a confirmation email, or any other email at all from them. While the transaction cleared my Paypal almost immediately, their site has not updated my order status from "Waiting for Payment". It's been eight hours.
Two email queries to their support address have so far gone unanswered. Be aware that the "24/7" support advertised on their site has been removed, or never existed in the first place. Clicking on it simply creates a window pop-up which tells you that Live Support is not available and to send an email message.
I'll issue a chargeback if I don't hear anything within 24 hours, and update my review here accordingly. At this point in time, though, I'd have to say BUYER BEWARE!
