Capping the Character Creation to Stop Botters from Farming

Blizzard has taken a stand against botters and RMT sellers farming for gold in the game. Blizzard will soon introduce a secret cap limiting the number of characters an account is able to create. This is a prevention measure to stop farmers from exploiting the in-game economy. With no date set by Blizzard, it is estimated RMT prices may face an increase in value.
