This is not a real company, but a group of a few websites that use the same "farm" in China to "powerlevel" with BOTS. I spoke with their LIVE SUPPORT Vladimir and Anna many times to see the status of my account. I purchased a package that seemed too good to be true: lvls 1-85, 10000 gold, every Cata rep to revered, cold weather flying, and a full 391 set, delivered in 10 days of game time.

What did they deliver to me? 1-60, 100g, and 980 deaths in 48 hrs of "gameplay." I had my character show up twice running in walls. If this is not indicative of AI Macroing, I don't know what is.

I asked ANNA via live chat if they had live players, and she responded that they were able to level in time. Their website misrepresents the service they offer. They do NOT have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I tried to get my money back, and they refuse to communicate. I tried to get my money back via Paypal Buyer Protection, but they simply ignored my claim.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! I'm out $150. I don't want you to lose your money too. Go to a reputable site.

I don't even know where to begin. My entire experience was horrible with this 'company'. I placed my order for 1M SWToR credits. I did not receive any sort of confirmation for order. Red flag #1. I wait a day for my order and decide to contact their live chat to check the status. I talked to 'Anna' and after about 30 minutes she told me I had to wait two days to get a refund since had not delivered yet. I said okay.
Two days went buy and my credits never showed. So I contacted live chat again and got 'Anna'. After 45 minutes she told me she would have the manager issue a refund when he came on in 10 hours. I said okay. Next day, no refund.
I contacted chat again and 'Anna' can't find my order. After I talked to her for a few minutes and reminded her of our previous conversations she was able to find my order. After about 40 minutes she tells me I have to wait 72 more hours before they refund my money. I told them they needed to refund my money and that it was unacceptable. They stopped responding in the chat but left it open. So I say screw it.
I let the 72 hours go by and open chat again. I get 'Vladimir'. He proceeds to exit the chat when I tell him my characters name repeatedly. It happened 4 times. Then, he took the chat offline. I waited about a half an hour, and he took the chat offline after the first one. Then about an hour later I try again and tell them just to refund my money and I'll leave them alone. He said he would have his manager do it in the next several hours and then he disconnected. Guess what? ... two days later...no refund. Your choice.
