Every live support representative of this company appears to have one objective. They have a need to make you wait as often and as long as possible. Talking to the live chat they often take 5-10 mins to respond to each thing you say or question you ask. It was impossible to get a clear answer to any direct question. The response was always wait 2 days and we will contact you. I waited 2 days several times with no progress each time. On their website they guarantee delivery within 48 hours and boast that they have 2000 computers being operated by 4000 employees to ensure that they can honor their guarantee. This too appears to be a complete lie as every live representative I have talked to wasn't authorized to offer me a refund and was the only staff working. At this time I have opened a complaint through the paypal resolution center as I felt that I was left with no other course of action.
